Visiting Princeton University

Aside from Harvard University... Princeton University is another school that is most likely talked about and a popular school. I didn't realize that it's just few miles away to where I'am. :) I've enjoyed looking and taking pictures of the different old and new buildings with its nice structural designs, though it was really chilly when we visited the campus.:) The architectural designs of every building especially the old buildings is uniquely positioned around the campus. There are also so many shops and stores around. Hmmm! I wonder if I can take my Masters there...dreaming!!! Why not! :) Here are some pictures. Potential Gain From Downshifting...

Last year was really a tough year for me...ooops don't get me wrong ...tough ...because it was that year that I decided to go downshifting. Downshifting (vi.) 1. to change voluntarily to a less demanding work schedule in order to enjoy life more. 2. to shift a vehicle into a lower gear. So, there you go downshifting from Webster's perspective. :) Downshifting for me is a whole lot about change. I always believe that change is always necessary for us to keep on improving. When I decided to go downshifting from my work last year. I really did a lot of thinking and talk about it with some family and friends. Reading self help books also help. So, when I finally sure about it, I completed my plan, planning ahead is essential, for me it took me like 8 months to prepare for everything. Curious about what to prepare?:) yourself, have a mindset that you'll be living a different kind of lifestyle that you used to have. Settle your finances. Make sure that you talk about thi...

As I was looking back for the things happened in 2008. I end up having this thought that every year, in most part my spirituality plays a big role in my life. The many blessings that I received and the challenges that I've surpassed. But, having this thought still some of us have this question in mind. "Does spirituality keeps me well? Do you make it us part of your life? Ok, let me share with you guys this, did you know that people who attend religious services tend to be healthier than those who are not? :) Owwwwwsss? I know some of you are raising eyebrow...:) But this is according to the report of some people who did a study between health and spirituality. So, does that mean church goers have longer life? :)Is church a healing place? I hope I can have that emote icon here of laughing out loud.:) Meaning they're God's favorites?! (wondering!) I know God has no favoritism. :) With all these questions, the faithful will say of course claimed that and believed on th...
